Product Analyst - Workplace Security & Safety
Location: NYC
A global financial technology firm is hiring a Product Analyst to support its workplace security and safety platforms across a global office footprint.
This role sits at the intersection of product, data analysis, and physical security systems, focused on tools like badge access, surveillance, and safety infrastructure.
What You'll Do
• Support the roadmap for security and workplace safety systems
• Analyze access logs, system data, and events to drive decisions
• Translate business and compliance needs into product capabilities
• Partner with engineering, security ops, and facilities teams
• Evaluate and prioritize system upgrades (software + hardware)
• Improve user experience across access control and surveillance tools
What You Bring
• 3+ years in a Product, Business, or Technical Analyst role
• Experience with access control / physical security systems
• Exposure to CCURE 9000 and/or video surveillance platforms (e.g., Genetec)
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with system logs/data
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
• Multi-site or enterprise security system experience
• Exposure to product development or user feedback cycles
• Familiarity with compliance or security regulations
